Regenerating Workload

After a budget manager clicks Workload on the Worksheet, the application uses the execution groups in the following list to execute this action:

1. DFT SET AVAILABLE STATES EXEC GRP
2. DEFAULT WORKSHEET BUP EXEC GRP 1
3. DEFAULT EDIT ACTION EXEC GRP
