Modifying archiving policy definitions

  1. Select Maintenance > System Administration > Archiving > Archiving Policy Definitions.
  2. Click Edit next to an archiving policy definitions entry.
  3. Modify the fields, as necessary. You can refer to Creating archive policies for more information on the fields you are modifying.
    Note: Archiving policy definition values can change between releases, particularly the Purge Aging Days value. You should closely examine the default values to determine if they meet your business requirements. If not, you should customize the values to meet your needs.
  4. Click Save.
