Description/Notes

Moves all data for RTSS processes to the archive schema. This process involves moving:

1. All data from the RTSS_PROCESS table where the RTSSP_END_DATE is before the aging date.
2. All data from the RTSS_PROCESS_MSG table for the RTSS processes identified in #1.
3. All data from the RTSS_PROCESS_SHIFT table for the RTSS processes identified in #1.
4. All data from the RTSS_RULE_ERR_LOG table for the RTSS processes identified in #1.
5. All data from the RTSS_SHIFT_REQ table for the RTSS processes identified in #1.
6. All data from the RTSS_WINDOW table for the RTSS processes identified in #1.
7. All data from the RTSS_WINDOW_GROUP table for the RTSS windows identified in #6.
8. All data from the RTSS_WINDOW_MSG table for the RTSS windows identified in #6.
