Configuring workspaces

Workspaces help users boost productivity by providing shortcuts to application screens and combining relevant widgets. A workspace can either be a copy of an application created by a user, administrator, or application, or a dedicated page for widgets only.

  • To edit, publish, and manage workspaces, along with other administrative tasks, see "Widgets" and "Workspaces" in the Infor OS User and Administration Library and select Administrator > OS Portal.

  • For information on how to use workspaces and widgets, see "Using workspaces" and "Widgets" in the Infor OS User and Administration Library and select User > OS Portal.

  • For more information on using workspaces and widgets in WFM, see the Infor Workforce Management User and Administration Library and select User > Workspaces and Widgets.

Role-based workspaces

When Workforce Management is integrated with HR Talent, two role-based workspaces are available:

  • Employee: shift-based
  • Manager: shift-based

To add and manage these role-based workspaces, see the Administration Guide For Role-based Workspaces.

For information on using these role-based workspaces, see the Infor HR Talent Role-based Workspaces User Guide.
