Moves all data for Shift Billboard postings for MVS shifts to the archive schema. This process involves moving:
- All data from the OSB_SHIFT_POSTING table where the SHIFTSUM_ID is not null and where the OSBPOSTING_SHIFT_DATE is before the aging date.
- All data from the OSB_GROUP_SHIFT_POSTING table for the shift posts identified in #1.
- All data from the OSB_SHIFTPOSTING_BUS_OBJ table for the shift posts identified in #1.
