Setting up the WFM suite
To set up the WFM Suite for the ION API integration, you must have access to these log-in credentials:
- Infor System Administrator or a user with the ION API Administrator role
- WFM System Administrator
Note: For Single-tenant installations, you can perform these procedures on your own or work with the Infor Cloud Ops team.
This table provides an overview of what log-in credentials are required for each application and procedure.
