Validate the ALLOW_API_DOCUMENTATION parameter

For the API Suite to pull the list of APIs from Workforce Management, the registry parameter ALLOW_API_DOCUMENTATION must be set to TRUE.

Use these steps to verify the parameter value.

  1. Log in as the Workforce Management Administrator.
  2. Select Maintenance from the WFM Main Menu.
    The Maintenance directory tree is displayed.
  3. Select System Administration > Registry Maintenance.
    The Registry Maintenance page is displayed.
  4. In the Search field, type some or all of the parameter name.
  5. Click the parameter to view the settings.
  6. Click Edit on the Variable Selected section. The Edit Variable section is displayed.
  7. Verify or update this field, as required:
    Variable Value
    TRUE
  8. Click Save to save your changes.
