Error Log Management
The Error Log Management page lets you track and review detailed information for error messages that are received in the application.
When you perform a task and an error occurs, an error message is displayed. The message displays a brief technical description of the error and prompts the user to contact the system administrator for further clarification and assistance.
The Error Log Management page provides this information:
- Ticket #
 - The application assigned tracking number that is associated with an application event.
 - User
 - User ID of user that encountered the error message.
 - Date
 - The date when the error message occurred (DD/MM/YYY).
 - URL
 - The path to the file where the error message page is used to display to the user.
 - Message
 - The error message that is received by the user.
 
          Note: These fields can be clicked to display the information in ascending or descending order. By default, the information is displayed in ascending order of ticket numbers.
