Disabling an action item from the Dashboard

To disable an action item from the Dashboard Menu:

  1. Select Maintenance > System Administration > Config Utility.
  2. Expand the Dashboard Menu folder, and navigate to the folder in which you want to insert the action.
  3. Click Disable next to the appropriate item.
  4. Select the appropriate Dashboard folder to verify that the action item is no longer displayed.
