Viewing form messages in the Inbox

To view form messages in the Inbox:

  1. Click the Messages icon.
  2. Select the appropriate message folder from the Browse Folder drop-down list.
  3. Click the hyperlink in the From column next to the message you want to view.
  4. Click Show History to view the flow history of the form.
