Creating security headings

To create a security heading:

  1. Select Maintenance > Security > Group Security > Security Headings.
  2. Click Create New Entry.
  3. Name the new security heading in the Mfshead Name field.
  4. Specify a brief description of the new security heading in the Mfshead Desc field.
  5. Click Save.
  6. Specify the name of the maintenance form that you want to add to the security heading in the Form Name field.
  7. Select the new security heading from the Mfshead Id lookup.
  8. Click Save.
  9. Repeat steps 6 to 8 for each maintenance form you want to add to the security heading.
