Messaging

The Workmail™ module allows application users to communicate electronically from within the application. Using Workmail, employees can:

• Send and receive Workmail messages.
• Manage Workmail custom distribution lists and custom folders.
• Submit form requests.
• View the status of the application form requests.
• View form request details (if the form is configured with this functionality).
• Cancel or recall form requests (if the form is configured with this functionality).

Using Workmail, managers can approve or reject form requests.
