Viewing form messages in the Folders page

To view form messages in the Folders page:

  1. Click the Messages icon.
  2. Click Folders.
  3. Click the hyperlink corresponding to the folder you want to open from the Folder column.
  4. Click the To or From hyperlink (whichever is displayed) next to a message to display the details of the form.
  5. Click Show History to view the flow history of the form.
