Advanced options

Click the Advanced Options link to expand the advanced options.

Consolidate pay group exports into one file where possible

Select this option to merge all export files that belong to the same Payroll Export Enhanced Task.

PGP Encrypt File

Select this option to encrypt the export file using a PGP public key. This option is available while validating an on-cycle or off-cycle export or re-exporting payroll. By default, this option is hidden and must be enabled in config mode by changing the security permissions for this field to Act for your security group.

Note: Before using this option, you must first set up PGP encryption for file exports. See the Infor Workforce Management Multi-tenant Configuration Guide.
