Configuring the minimum overlap percentage for a team

  1. From the homepage, select Maintenance > Security > Team Security > Team.
  2. Select a team.
  3. Click Edit.
  4. In the Minimum overlap percentage on billboard field, specify the percentage value.
    Note: The percentage value is set to 10 by default. If you specified 0 as the percentage value, you remove the limit on the number of hours that an employee can claim.
  5. Click Save.
Note: If a team did not configure the overlap percentage threshold, the closest parent team’s value is used.
