Filtering billboard shifts

You can filter the list of billboard shifts that are available for you to claim.

  1. From the application menu, select Schedule Hub.
  2. Click the dropdown button and select Billboard.
  3. Click Filter.
  4. Specify this information:
    Show shifts with compliance warnings
    Select this option to display available shifts that can cause schedule compliance warnings if claimed.
    Show unassigned shifts only
    Select this option to display available shifts only if they are unassigned, which means the shifts are posted by a manager.
    Show Overlapping Shifts
    Select this option to view shifts that overlap with your assigned shifts.
    Note: You can bid on available bidding shifts posted on the Billboard, even if they partially or fully overlap with your existing shifts. The same rules for overlapping shifts and first-come, first-served shifts still apply to bidding shifts.
    Shift Type
    Select Single(s) check box to view single shifts that are available. Select Block(s) check box to view available blocks of shifts.
    Claim Type
    Select Bidding check box to view shifts that are available for bidding. Select First Come, First Served check box to view shifts that you can claim right away.
    Time Range
    Specify a start and end time to filter shifts based on time of day.
    Team
    Specify the teams for which to view shifts.
    Job
    Specify the jobs for which to view shifts.
  5. Click Apply.
