Deleting bids

You can delete a bid when the bidding process is complete. Delete bids with caution. After you delete a bid, you cannot retrieve it and the system erases the information for the schedule bid.

Deleting a bid only deletes the bidding information; it does not undo or remove the assigned shift patterns.

To delete a bid:

  1. Select Maintenance > Optional Modules > Schedule Bidding > Schedule Bid Admin.
  2. Select the check box beside the schedule bid you want to delete.
  3. From the Select drop-down list, select Delete Bid.
  4. Click Execute.
