Adding shift patterns to schedule bids

To add shift patterns to a schedule bid:

  1. Select Maintenance > Optional Modules > Schedule Bidding > Schedule Bid Setup > Create/Manage Schedule Bid.
  2. Click Edit beside the schedule bid to which you want to add a shift pattern.
  3. In the Schedule Bid Shift Patterns section, click the new row icon to add a row.
  4. Specify this information:
    Shift Pattern
    Select the shift pattern to add to the bid using the lookup.
    Positions Needed
    Specify the number of positions that are needed for the bid.
    Positions Filled
    Specify the number of shift pattern positions that have been filled for the bid.
  5. Repeat the previous two steps to add more shift patterns to the schedule bid.
  6. Click Save when you are finished adding shift patterns.
