Configuring Include LTA in Scheduled Hours

  1. Select Maintenance > System Administration > Maintenance Forms.
  2. In the Maintenance Forms field, specify SS_PORTAL_SELF_SCHED and click Find.
  3. Click Edit.
  4. In the Form Fields section, select SS_PORTAL_INCLUDE_LTA_HOURS_IN_SCHED_TOTAL.
  5. To include LTA in the self scheduling weekly total hours, set the default value to Y.
  6. Click Save.
You can make configuration in the Config Mode in the Self Scheduling screen.
