MR_PAYGRP_START_DATE_CHECK_REQ

This parameter controls the start date validation when a user creates a Master Rotation (MR) or One-time Schedule (OTS). When this registry is set to YES, validation prevents MRs or OTSs from being created with a start date that is before the pay group start date. When set to NO, this validation is disabled, and users can create MRs or OTSs with a start date that is before the pay group start date. The pay group used to determine the pay group start date is specified by the registry parameter PAYGRP_NAME.
