FILLS_GAP_BETWEEN_LABOR_RECORDS

This parameter controls whether GAP shifts are created in the employee schedule for fixed shift employees that have a split shift such as 9a-1p - 2p-5p. This registry parameter allows you to control the creation of the GAP shift for the labor gap in the split shift.

With a default setting of true, the system will create a GAP shift in the employee schedule between the labor records. By setting this value to false, a GAP shift is not created in the employee schedule.
