This parameter allows a scheduler to choose a default primary criteria to group employees in Manage Schedule. The registry should have the values 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 where:
- 1 corresponds to Employee
 - 2 corresponds to Unit
 - 3 corresponds to Position
 - 4 corresponds to Shift
 - 5 corresponds to Rotation
