DISPLAY_DATETIME_TIMEZONE_DIFFERENCE

This parameter entry enables time zone offset calculations. When set to TRUE, this parameter converts override times based on the logged in user's time zone when displayed in a DatetimeUI. The user's time zone is set using the TZ_ID DBLookup on the Employee Detail Panel.
