CALC_GROUP_AUDIT_PERIOD_CHANGE_ONLY

This parameter determines, in part with the CALC_GROUP_EFFECTIVE_DATING parameter, whether new audit records are created for all calculation group changes or only for those involving a time period change.
When set to True, new audit records will only be created for changes that involve a split in calculation group history.
When set to False, new audit records are created for any calculation group change.
