CREATE_FORECAST_USE_THREAD

This parameter determines if forecast creation occurs as a foreground or as a background process. When set to true, the system creates forecasts using a background process allowing the user to perform other tasks within the same session. A Workmail message is sent when the process is complete. When set to false, forecasts are generated using a foreground process and the user cannot perform any other tasks until publication has been completed.
