REQ_MINUTES_FOR_ADDING_OFFSET

This parameter specifies the minimum number of minutes for any shift before a shift offset is added. This parameter is a general guideline used by any process that creates shifts.

For example, given that a staffing requirement defines both a starting and ending offset and that the batch process creates a new unstaffed shift with a starting offset only, if the unstaffed shift has less than the required number of minutes, no ending shift offset detail is added.
