REQ_MINUTES_FOR_OFFSET

This parameter specifies the minimum number of minutes for any shift before a shift offset is required. This parameter is a general guideline used by any process that creates shifts.

For example, when the batch process creates a new unstaffed shift, if the unstaffed shift has less than the required number of minutes, no shift offset details are created.
