CREATE_SCHEDULE_USE_THREAD

This parameter determines if schedule creation occurs as a foreground or as a background process. When set to true, the system creates schedules using a background process allowing the user to perform other tasks within the same session. A Workmail message is sent when the process is complete. When set to false, schedules are created using a foreground process and the user cannot perform any other tasks until publication has been completed.
