This parameter indicates the maximum elapsed time (in seconds) to allow a report to run before the system terminates the process. Each scheduled report has its own elapsed time parameter as well.
If the schedule's elapsed time parameter and MAX_REPORT_ELAPSED_TIME is defined, then the minimum value is used.
