ALLOW_SCHEDULING_WITHOUT_JOB _QUALIFICATIONS

This parameter specifies if the employees can be scheduled without consideration for the employee’s job qualifications as recorded on the system. If set to:

• TRUE, employees can be scheduled regardless of their system-recorded job qualifications.
• FALSE, employees cannot be scheduled unless their recorded job qualifications match the shift requirements.
