Viewing and managing schedules with ASV

To view and manage schedules, use the Advanced Schedule View (ASV). For example, ASV enables you to complete these tasks:

• Display schedules for a given time period
• View shift assignments for each person in the group selected
• View shifts in the timesheet
• Assign employees to shifts
• Swap shifts
• Book off employees who call in sick
• Send a shift to the Relief Queue
• Display all the parts of the Master Rotation and One-time Schedules together
