Viewing or adding notes to employee
- Display a schedule with ASV.
 - On the scheduling screen, click the Comment icon next to the name of the employee for whom you prefer to view or add notes.
           Note: Notes are visible only if their start or end dates overlap within the loaded schedule period.
 - To view all notes, use the scroll bar to browse through the list of available notes.
 - To add a note, specify this information:
           
- Effective Date Range
 - Specify the effective start and end dates of the comment.
 - Note
 - Provide your message in the text area of the field. Each note is limited to 200 characters.
 
 - Click Add Note.
 -  To delete a note, click the Delete icon next to the comment you prefer to remove. 
           Note: You cannot edit existing notes. To make changes, you must delete the existing note and create a new one.
 - Click X to close the Notes page.
