Configuring relief activity

Assumptions: Time Codes are already configured and at least one time code has been set up as ON-type, and one time code as ON-TIME-OFF-type or OFF-type.

  1. Select Scheduling > Multi-view Scheduler > Advanced Settings > ES Data Definitions > Relief Activity Code.
  2. Click Create New Entry.
  3. Specify the leave type activity in the Activity field (either a TIME-OFF-type or OFF-type).
  4. Specify the corresponding relief activity in the Relief Activity Code field (this activity is an ON-type).
  5. Click Save.
