Setting up activities in MVS
- Select Scheduling > Multi-view Scheduler > Advance Settings > Activities.
 - Select Create New Entry.
 - Specify this information:
           
- Activity Name
 - Specify the name of the activity.
 - Location
 - Specify the highest location in the hierarchy where you must perform the activity.
 - Paid Activity
 - From the drop-down list, select YES if the employee is paid for the activity. Otherwise, select NO.
 - Color
 - Specify the color that represents the activity.
 - Time Code
 - Specify the time code to apply to the activity.
 - Working Activity
 - Specify the working activity to show the types of work that occur during shifts. Non-working activities are used to indicate paid and unpaid breaks.
 - Activity Contributes to Cost
 - From the drop-down list, select YES if this activity contributes to the cost that is calculated by the scheduler and reports. Otherwise, select NO.
 - Service
 - From the drop-down list, select YES if this activity is customer-facing. Otherwise, select NO.
 - Shift Offset Activity
 - From the drop-down list, select YES if the activity is shift offset. Otherwise, select NO.
 - Covers Workload
 - Select this check box if the activity covers workload.
 - Used in Sph
 - Select this check box to include activity in Sph.
 - Sort Order
 - Specify the order for the activity allocation.
 - Activity Allocation
 - Specify the activity allocation to use.
 - 
              Note: For existing customers, this field is hidden by default. You can change this in the configuration setting.
 
 - Click Save.
