Canceling employee loans

You cannot cancel an employee loan if the employee has already been scheduled to a shift or shifts in the borrow location.

  1. Click Forms.
  2. Click Open for the Employee Loan Cancellation list item.
  3. Select the location of the store that has borrowed the employee using the Select Borrowing Store lookup.
  4. Select the loaned employee using the Select Borrowed Employee lookup.
  5. Select the check boxes for the dates on which you want to cancel the employee loans.
  6. Click Submit.
