Configuring the parameters for an alert task for a variance response

  1. To configure the Labor Productivity alert task, select the new alert task you created.
  2. Click Parameters.
  3. Specify this information:
    Role Name(s)
    SUPERVISOR is selected from the list by default. The role that you select is the one who receives a work email alert if a team exceeds a threshold.
  4. Click Submit.
