Creating a new threshold

  1. From the homepage, select Maintenance > Optional Modules > Productivity Reporting Setup > Threshold Setup > Threshold.
  2. Click Create New Entry.
  3. Specify this information:
    Threshold Name
    Specify a name for the threshold.
    Threshold Description
    Provide a description for the threshold.
    Metric
    Specify the metric that the new threshold is tracking. You can also click the database lookup and select a metric from the list.
    Lower Limit
    Specify the minimum threshold value.
    Upper Limit
    Specify the maximum threshold value.
    Time Period
    Specify a time period. You can also click the database lookup and select a time period from the list.
  4. Click Save.
