Setting up the procedure volume import

  1. From Task Schedules, select the task to be edited.
  2. Click Parameters.
  3. On Aggregate Task Parameters, select Import Task from the list.
  4. Click the right arrow to move Import Task to Selected Tasks.
  5. On Aggregate Task Parameters, select Interface Task from the list.
  6. Click the right arrow to move Interface Task to Selected Tasks.
  7. Click Configure Selected Tasks.
  8. To configure the Import Task, click Parameters.
    1. Specify this information:
      Import Type
      Select PROCEDURE VOLUME DATA IMPORT from the list.
      Use Default Transformer
      Select the check box.
      File Name
      Specify the name and location of the file in your FTP server.
      UTF-8 Encoded
      Select the check box.
      Performs Difference
      Clear the check box.
    2. Click Submit.
    3. Click Ok.
  9. To configure the Interface Task, click Parameters.
    1. Specify this information:
      Interface Type
      Select PROCEDURE VOLUME DATA IMPORT from the list.
    2. Click Next.
    3. Click Ok.
