Configuring mapping definition
- Select Maintenance > System Administration > Job Scheduler.
 - To create a new entry, click Add Schedule.
           Ensure that you have selected Export task (Fixed Width Query) as the task type.
 - Click Parameters corresponding to the export task you have configured.
 - Specify this information:
           
- SQL Query
 - Specify the SQL query used to retrieve the data for export.
 - File Name
 - Specify the name of the export file. This name is used when generating the file.
 - Append Date and Time to File Name
 - Optionally, select this check box to automatically add the current date and time to the file name.
 - Performs Difference
 - 
              
Optionally, select this check box to compare the current export results with the previous export.
Only the differences are included in the new file.
 - Do not generate file if no differences
 - 
              Optionally, select this check box to prevent file generation when no differences are detected.
              Note: This option is only applicable if the Performs Difference check box is selected.
 - Definition File Name
 - Specify the file that contains the fixed-width formatting definitions for the export.
 - Definition File Mapping
 - Optionally, select a predefined fixed-width definition to apply to the export task.
 - 
              Note: If you select a definition using this field, you are not required to specify a file name in the Definition File Name field, as this selection takes precedence over any value entered there.
 - PGP Encrypt File
 - 
              
This check box is optional and hidden by default.
Select this check box to encrypt the exported file using PGP encryption.
 - PGP Key
 - 
              
This check box is optional and hidden by default.
Specify the PGP key to use for encryption.
Note: This is required if the PGP Encrypt File check box is selected. 
 - Click Submit.
