Possible causes
- Integration prerequisites are incomplete.
- Required applications or services are not running.
- BODs are not enabled or configured correctly.
General tips
- Double-check that all required applications are installed and accessible.
- Ensure all integration services and scheduled tasks are running.
- Verify that BODs are activated and the correct layouts are enabled in both HRT and WFM.
- Use available auditing tools (such as ION OneView or BOD Auditing) to trace document flow.
