This configuration key determines when long-term publishing begins relative to the base date. To enable it, you must first set the MR_PUBLISHING_USE_TASK_PARAMETERS key to No. This ensures that job-level values are disregarded, and only team-level configuration key values are used.
Note: To successfully publish rotations using team-level settings, ensure that the required configuration keys are properly set. This key replaces the parameter defined in the Short-Term, Long-Term, and Daily publishing tasks.
