MR_PUBLISHING_USE_CONFLICT_RESOLUTION

Description:: This key determines whether conflict resolution logic is applied during the publishing or republishing process. When set to YES, only the affected days with conflicts, such as overlapping schedules, employee availability issues, booked-off time, swapped shifts, floated shifts, and similar publishing conflicts, are automatically skipped. The remaining schedule is published as usual. When set to NO, the current behavior is retained, and no skipping logic is applied.
