Description/Notes

Moves all budgeting data to the archive schema. This process involves moving:

1. All data from the FORECAST table where Forecast type is ‘BUDGET’ and FC_CREATED_DATE is before the aging date and forecast is not a master forecast.
2. All data from fcst_loc_summary for the forecasts identified in #1.
3. All data from fcst_item for the schedules identified in #1.
4. All data from fcst_history for the schedules identified in #1.
5. All data from fcst_pub_forecast for the schedules identified in #1.
6. All data from fcst_layout whose reference forecast is from the schedules identified in #1.
7. All data from fcst_litem_col for the schedules identified in #6.
8. All data from fcst_litem_col for the schedules identified in #1.
9. All data from fcst_attr_detail for the schedules identified in #1.
