Description/Notes

Moves all time approval data to the archive schema. This process involves moving:

1. All data from EA_TIME_APPROVAL table where eata_start_work_date is before the aging date and matches the emp_id of the employee whose records are being archived.
2. All data from EA_TIME_APPROVAL_ERROR where eatae_start_work_date is before the aging date and matches emp_id of the employee whose records are being archived.
