Moves all MVS publishing transactions for MR, OTS, and ASV to the archive schema. This process involves moving:
- All data from the ES_ROTATION_PUBLISH_TASK table where the ROTPUBTSK_CREATE_DATE is before the aging date and the ROTPUBTSK_TYPE is not DAILY.
- All data from the ES_PUBLISH table where the PUB_REQUEST_TIME is before the aging date.
- All data from the ES_PUBLISH_EMPLOYEE table for the publishing transactions identified in #2.
