Shift Billboard dashboard

There are several dashlets that are available in the dashboards for Shift Billboard.

Approvals Required Posts Shows the number of posts which requires approvals from the manager for Posting on the shift Billboard. We can Encourage staffers to post shifts that does require approval. KPI
Claims Displays the number of posts nearing expiry, so that they are claimed quicker and is used to prepare in filling open shifts using other ways. KPI
Expiring Posts Displays the number of posts nearing expiry, so that they are claimed quicker and is used to prepare in filling open shifts using other ways. KPI
Rejected Posts Shows the number of Posts that are rejected by the Manager. KPI
Popular Days Posts Shows which is the most popular day to post a shift, so that it gets claimed quicker. The Schedule planning strategy can then be changed accordingly. KPI
Popular Days Claims Shows which is the most popular day for claiming a shift. The Schedule planning strategy can then be changed accordingly. KPI
Claim by Job Report showing percent claims requiring approval by job. Column
Claim Over Time Report showing percent successful claims by team for last X days Line
Average Days to Fill by Job Average days to fill a shift by job. (Claim Date)-(Shift Posting date)/Total Number of shifts. Column
Posts By Employee Employee, employee name, preferred job, and distinct count of posts. Table

Highest & lowest Posts Scant Chart Day with the highest and lowest number of posts. +N indicates that there are N number of days more than the number of posts as the displayed day. -N indicates that there are N number of days less than the number of posts as the displayed day. KPI
Highest & lowest Claims Scant Chart Day with the highest and lowest number of claims. +N indicates that there are N number of days more than the number of claims as the displayed day. -N indicates that there are N number of days less than the number of claims as the displayed day. KPI
Average Days to Claim Displays the average number of days employees are taking to claim the shift after it is posted. KPI
