Shift Billboard
Customers are expected to report on Billboard usage as well as identify trends on what types of shifts are posted and accepted, for example if employees are only accepting shifts that result in overtime pay. Some customers may want more adoption of the billboard's use in their organization while other customers might look at the data and determine that their scheduling process requires additional refinement because employees are having to give up shifts that they are assigned to.
