Getting new updates and impact
          Perform these steps to apply the new updates from the release:
         
         - For customers without extensions, copy new content from the SMD space to ATC spaces.
           - Navigate to the Infor Birst 2.0 home page.
- Go to Admin > Orchestration.
- Search for SMD WFM Analytics Update and click Run Workflow on the drop-down list.
- Wait for the workflow to complete.
- Click Run History to confirm that workflow was successful.
 
- Reload data.
           - After the workflow is successful, reload the data using full load orchestration.
             Note: You must upgrade the orchestration workflows before running. See Upgrading orchestration.- In Admin > Orchestration, run these orchestrations individually:
                - WFM Analytics - Delete All processed Data
- WFM Analytics - Reset Extract variables
- WFM Analytics - Extract and Process
 
- Wait for the orchestration to complete.
- Click Run History to check the status.
 
- In Admin > Orchestration, run these orchestrations individually:
                
 
- After the workflow is successful, reload the data using full load orchestration.
             
- For customers with extensions:
           - Back up your ATC Spaces. For example, ZZZBackup-SpaceName-Version-CurrentDate.
- Run the STC-Extract and Process orchestration.
             Note: You must first move all your changes to STC space before proceeding to Step 2. See Moving extensions from ATC to STC spaces.
 
- Verify if the update was successful.
           You must perform this step to verify that the tenant spaces are updated to latest versions. - Navigate to [TENANT]-WFMADR-Consumer.
- Select Dashboards.
- Verify the if product version on the dashboard is updated.
- Verify if all dashboards exist and data is displayed.
