Recording non-elapsed time overrides
- Click the View Schedule link.
- Click New in the column on the day on which you want to create the override.
- Select Code from the drop-down list.

Specify this information:
- Time Code
- Select the time code that best describes the reason the override occurred.
- Start Time
- Specify the time the override started. This is the time the employee's time worked starts to differ from the schedule.
- End Time
- Specify the time the override stopped. This is the time the employee's time starts to be on schedule.
- Override Comment
- Optionally, specify any comments.
- Click Submit to save the change to the schedule.

Click Weekly
Timesheet.
The adjusted time is displayed in the Code Summary section near the bottom of the Weekly Timesheet.
