Unauthorizing timesheets

Users with the appropriate access can unauthorize Weekly Timesheets following similar steps as authorizing timesheets.

  1. Do one of these:
    • Clear the All check box to unauthorize every day of the week.
    • Clear the Authorized check box underneath the days of the week to unauthorize specific days.
  2. Click Submit for Approval.
    The work summary authorization override is applied to the selected days.
    Note: When work detail approval is enabled, the work details that you have permission to authorize are also unauthorized.
